Anthony Haas began his career as an assistant director on films including Dr Frankenstein and in television drama for ITV. He went on to produce over 60 music events including the London Symphony Orchestra Kate Bush Cliff Richard Ray Charles and The King\'s Singers. He devised and produced a number of Christmas specials for BBC Television including a BBC One Christmas 75-minute Omnibus Bring Me Sunshine - The Heart and Soul of Eric Morecambe (Morecambe & Wise). He created and developed The Peter Sellers Story for BBC Two\'s Arena and executive produced The Peter Sellers Story....As He Filmed It released on BBC DVD. His programs have attracted large primetime audiences (8.2m for Bring Mr Sunshine representing a 37% audience share). Both The Peter Sellers Story and Bring Me Sunshine received BAFTA nominations. He has also produced for BBC Radio and for Capital Radio.A blend of producer creative artist and technician Anthony Haas spent a number of years in Los Angeles during which time he worked with Twentieth Century-Fox Television and Hemdale Film Corporation. His work has included negotiating commissions and pre-sales. He has developed projects with BBC TV Charisma Films HTV Home Box Office Chrysalis PolyGram and Watchmaker Productions.Anthony Haas and his producing partners Richard Attenborough and Martin Scorsese are developing the feature film Silver Ghost with Zuma Productions and Sikelia Productions written by Jeffrey Caine and Sharman Macdonald. He is also producing London West End stage plays It\'s All in the Mind Folks! set during the last weeks of Peter Sellers\' life with Big City Productions and Theatre Royal Haymarket written by John Antrobus with music and lyrics by Leslie Bricusse and together with Lee Menzies The Guinea Pig Club written by Susan Watkins. He is in partnership with ITV and Nicholas Parsons to re-release the cult 60s TV series The Arthur Haynes Show.
